Please note that as a result of the manufacturing process of mosaic tiles minor colour or shade variations may be expected in the web images, colour charts, samples and despatched mosaic products. Such variation adds to the attraction and beauty of mosaic tiles, giving the distinctive mosaic appearance often not present in faux-mosaic tiles.
We have never experienced a problem that we have not been able to resolve, so if you do have a problem please contact us we will do what we can to resolve it.For your assurance we, to the best of our knowledge, fully comply with the following:

|Making A Purchase|
If you've purchased tiles from us in the past then you know just how good they are. We're sure that our tiles in your kitchen, bathroom, shower or as part of your mosaic art look stunning and we're pleased that you're one of the many people to come back to buy more tiles from us!
If you're a first time visitor then we believe that it is important for you to experience the quality and colour of our mosaic tiles for yourself. Pictures on a web page cannot do them justice so we'd like to send you a sample.
When you've selected the tiles you like just giving your name, address and details of the tiles you are interested in and we will put a sample in the post to you - free of charge.
When you have decided which tiles you like making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping cart. When you have finished your selection click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
You can order online or by telephone and pay using PayPal. Alternatively if you want to pay by cheque you can telephone your order to us and post a cheque to us. Your order will then be despatched when your cheque has cleared. We do not take payment for items until they are ready to ship. We do not advise that you send credit card details by e-mail or to leave them on our answerphone.
When you receive your confirmation of order, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the unlikely case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable and that you still want to progress with your order.
|Shipping And Handling|
Our delivery charges are £6.00 + VAT for every 3 boxes / 30 sheets (or part thereof).
NEW! We have added a new post option for customers who only want 1 or 2 sheets of tiles. You can now choose to have your order sent by Royal Mail (first class) for £3.50 + VAT for a single sheet or £4.50 + VAT for 2 sheets by Royal Mail standard parcel service. Ideal if you only need a few tiles!
We aim to deliver in 2 - 3 working days from order to all UK mainland destinations (apart from the north of Scotland and certain areas in the middle of Wales where deliveries can take a day longer).
Please for delivery charges to addresses not on the UK mainland which are not covered by these charges and we will be happy to quote for delivery. For these orders we charge for delivery at cost. Affected post codes of mainland addresses which incur a higher delivery charge include:
AB30-38, AB44-56, FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV30-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH18-26, PH30,
For larger orders of 50 metres+ please for pallet rates.
For some locations we can provide a same-day or guaranteed next day delivery on request and on payment of a delivery surcharge. If your requirement is urgent then please contact us and we will be happy to discuss options and costs.
For courier deliveries there will need to be someone at the delivery address to sign for the delivery. Please note that we will no longer give instructions to the courier to leave your delivery without a signature (e.g. " please leave the parcel in the shed"), although we will request that they try an identified neighbour if you ask for this (e.g. "If no answer, please try number 63"). This is for your and our security. If the courier is unable to complete the delivery and is unable to contact you they will return your order to us. If the tiles are returned and have to be re-sent there will be an additional delivery charge.
If you have any problems or concerns regarding your delivery please contact us ASAP - we can't help if we don't know!
Please note that time is not of the essence in our supply of goods to you.
We do not normally take orders for items which are not in stock.
We charge VAT at 20.0% on all tiles and on delivery.

Security is of paramount importance to us. All orders placed online use the highest levels of security available to handle your credit or debit card payment. The process uses a Payment Service Provider (PSP) - Actinic Secure Payments and is powered by Creditcall. It is 100% PCI DSS compliant and 3D secure (where you have signed up for either MasterCard Secure or Verified by Visa schemes). For online orders your credit card details are not passed to us. For telephone orders we enter your card details directly into the PSP secure website and keep no written or electronic records of your card details.
Your payment will be processed by Streamline. Streamline is the leading provider of merchant accounts in Europe and handles around half of all card transactions. It is part of the Royal Bank of Scotland group.
We offer an unconditional 14-day money back guarantee. If you decide that you do not like our tiles for any reason you can return them for a full refund. Please check the detail of our returns policy here.
However, if you are unsure whether our tiles are right for you, please take advantage of the fact that we will send you a sample to help you decide whether to buy, or not.

We may at times make available a website facility that will enable you to chat directly to us. This is intended to help with answering any questions you have interactively and to improve your overall experience. We comply fully with the licence agreements for this service, namely:

2. We will undertake any chat or data collection with children recognised as less than 13 years of age.
Access to our email services and to some areas of the Site is restricted to users who have registered their details with us. You must not use a false name or email or provide any false information nor impersonate another person when registering for use of the Site and our email services. If you have a password for registration, you shall not share or disclose it to any third party, nor allow any third party to use your password to gain access to the areas and services for registered users. We may refuse or remove or suspend your registration at any time.
When you request a free sample from us and provide your email details we will add you to our mailing list to receive our newsletters. We will also do this when you make an order from us and provide your email address.
You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time using the form provided on our website or by emailing us at email@example.com.
We want you to be completely satisfied with the goods you purchase from us. It is for this reason we send samples of our tiles for free to help you make an informed decision to buy, and we would strongly recommend that you take up this offer.
If, however, you are not happy please contact us. If we cannot resolve your concerns then we will accept return of the goods. Our returns procedure is:
1) You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods of your intention to return them. This period is commonly referred to as your 'cooling off' period.
2) We will issue you with a return reference. No returns will be accepted without a return reference.
3) It is your responsibility to take good care of the goods and you will be responsible for returning the goods to us. It is important that you make sure they are wrapped in such a way that they are not damaged in transit. Please remember that as the goods still belong to you until we receive them back again you may want to consider using a service that includes proof of delivery and which provides insurance for the goods.
4) It is your responsibility to return the goods to us.
5) If you are unable to make your own arrangements for return of the goods then we can make this arrangement for you using our normal courier - Interlink Express. We will advise you of the charge for doing this. We will charge you the actual cost of doing this (ie we do not make any profit from collecting the goods from you).
6) When we have received the goods we will issue a refund for the money you paid for the goods and for the money you paid for us to deliver them to you. We will not charge you a re-stocking fee however we will not refund the cost of your returning the goods to us.
7) We have up to 30 days to refund your money from the date that we receive the returned goods. We will endeavour to refund you much sooner than this.
This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed. Your rights to return goods are also protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
