We currently receive in excess of 1,500 spam e-mails per day and scan the subjects of all of them. There is a chance that amongst all of these that we may miss your e-mail, or that our reply to you may be incorrectly marked as spam. We will always try and answer your call during normal office hours, but please leave a message on our answerphone if we're on another call and we will phone you back.If you have an "inclusive calls" package that gives you free calls to 'standard' numbers, you can use our alternative number of 0208 668 5881 - and if you're on TalkTalk then your call will be free on this number anyway!
